The Living Lab Smart Charging is an initiative of ElaadNL, a knowledge platform of cooperating grid operators in the Netherlands. APPM has provided strategic advice on the collaboration with parties and initiated new Smart Charging projects. At the start of 2019 the first edition of the Smart Charging Outlook was published which provides insight in projects and the opportunities and bottlenecks of Smart Charging. APPM also manages innovative Smart Charging projects such as a pilot with variable charging in Gelderland and Overijssel (NL) and vehicle grid integration at 150 households.
